6. Lead & Inquiry Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee authenticity, quality, or intent of leads
- We are not liable for:
- Fake inquiries
- Non-serious clients
- Payment defaults
7. Payments & Monetization
If paid features are introduced:
- Pricing will be disclosed upfront
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated
- Third-party payment gateways may be used
8. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not:
- Upload illegal, infringing, or misleading content
- Scrape or harvest user data
- Spam or misuse communication tools
- Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
- Policy violations
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Legal requirements
10. Limitation of Liability (Strong Clause)
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed ₹10,000 or fees paid (whichever is lower)
11. Indemnity

- Your conduct

13. Force Majeure
